Benjamin Zhao is a postdoctoral research fellow at Macquarie University, He completed his Ph.D. in June 2021 with the School of Electrical Engineering and Telecommunications at the University of New South Wales and CSIRO’s Data61. Benjamin’s Ph.D. research revolved around the development and investigation of security and privacy attacks with the assistance of and against machine learning models. His current research interests include authentication systems, security and privacy with machine learning and methods for triaging malicious software. Benjamin’s work has received the ACM AsiaCCS best paper award.
